How to Cancel

To cancel your membership, simply complete our secure Membership Cancellation Form on the website.

Provide the requested details (such as your name, email address, and membership ID if applicable), and submit the form. Once we receive your request, you’ll get a confirmation email to verify your cancellation.

Important Information

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 48 hours for your cancellation request to be processed.
  • Billing Cycles: To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
  • Access After Cancellation: You’ll continue to enjoy all membership benefits until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
